Penhale Quantock Ltd is a family-owned precision injection moulding company based in Somerset, UK. Previously known as Quantock Plastics, our injection moulding division has been servicing a range of industries since 1980. These include automotive, medical, agriculture, commercial and our speciality, lighting.
We offer more than just a simple manufacturing service, our experienced team are on hand to offer expert advice and help a guide you from initial conception through to manufacture. In addition, we work closely with our partners to offer tooling services to get your parts into production.
Our Capacity
Our injection moulding machines range from 30 – 400 tonnes, which translated, provides us with the capacity to mould components between 1G to 1KG. We manufacture using Negribossi, Sandretto and Arburg injection moulding machines, and have the capabilities to do 24hour production runs when required.

Insert Moulding
Precision injection moulding is our speciality and we are able to do technical insert moulding when required. Our machine operators have experience working with a range of inserts, from thin tubes to larger gear wheels and bearings.
